I was born in 1964, am proud mother of Nadja (17) and Yannick (15) and would divide my life with Bertram.
My way to the yoga
After several years occupation activity in the medical area, opened itself 1984 the opportunity let educate me of a Schamanin. In this long-time education, which is based on the well-being manners of the Indians and Tibeter, I learned with my innate to go around medialen aptitude.
I came 1986 for the first time with yoga in contact. Little later I traveled to India in the Sivananda Ashram and received 1990, after the yoga teacher education in Julian Calvo in Sydney, the diploma to the yoga teacher and meditation teacher. I opened 1991 my first yoga school in Zurich. Supplementary in addition I graduated the Ayurveda study in Vinod Verma, Himalayan Centre, India.
Since then I was allowed to receive insight at the most varied teachers into various yoga directions. On a wide experience looking back, developed I with the years my own yoga style.
1996 opened I the “Praxis for integral therapy” in Zurich and began as a trained nature doctor this knowledge over the healing on more physically to transfer more mental and more intellectual plain.
In the spring 2005, I established the Prema yoga school Zurich with Romy Aebischer together at the Stauffacher. I received as of January 2009 the direction of the yoga school in Zurich alone because Romy concentrates completely on the Prema yoga school in Uster.
My personal yoga style
Thought out, are intuitive sequence in the yoga practice, connected with heart, joy and a fluent lightness features of my instruction style. Each lesson is locked in itself. Much room, time and attention is dedicated in constructing manner. to the body practices (Asanas) and the river of the breath (Pranayama). At the same time the reactions in body and soul become careful and value-freely observed. A deep relaxation (Savasana) leads the interested to the conclusion in the quiet of its heart.
Every hour ago I sense the entirely atmosphere and which energy the students bring along out of its everyday life. Based on these impressions, I form out of my heart the following yoga hour.
In the center of every yoga lesson, the heart, living and working together and the joy stands for me. The single “Unerlaubte” in my classes achievement pressure, comparisons and valuing of itself is even and of other. Importantly is to be mediated that every makes itself this hour to the gift, itself for the sake of something does to to me and arrives with itself.
Yoga philosophy
Millmann did not serve writes: "asks for less loads, but rather around stronger shoulders".
In that we strengthen the muscles, let's develop internal power. Through the extension, we bring flexibility into our life. We become acquainted with in the practices with attention and humility of our own boundaries, combine with sky and earth, sense ourselves as a part of the entire. Strengthen our confidence, create telescopes, let happen, learn suppose. So we find to the internal quiet and turn strengthened into our everyday life back.
If we with ourselves arrived, of pressure and compulsions freed have us, can carry first then we the love in our hearts outward and touch our environment therewith.
