We sit listen mental and external uprightly on a stool or chair, relax the body, our breath and learn to hear on our internal voice. We observe to value our thoughts without it. We let come it and go again like the white clouds at the horizon and sink in the endless quiet of our heart. Meditation should be an oasis, a quiet pole, a gas station for our soul.
