The goal
The integration of all aspects of life is this two-year yoga teacher education – the physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual. The interested become acquainted with yoga as a means to the personality development, health support and as a spiritual way. The won knowledge and the practical experiences should transfer it into the situation to use yoga responsibly and competent for itself and other people.
Even experience
Power a large part of the education way from. In addition also the strengthening of the responsibility of each single is appropriate for and the open, loving and disciplineed contact within the group.
Scholar contents of the education
The following building blocks of the education tangibly should make the yoga way in its entirety.
- Body positions (Asanas) in practice and theory, correct carrying out of the positions, Erfühlen of the effect of the Asanas
- Breath technologies (Pranayama), Bandhas, Mudras
- Meditation (Dhyana), refining of the energetic perception, thought power, dream, Chakralehre
- Visualisation – interior yoga
- Yoga Nidra – depth relaxation
- Well-being ceremony, protection ritual, mantras
- Nourishment, integrated visibility manner of a healthy nourishment
- Decontamination technologies and cleaning technologies (Satkarma/Kriya)
- Ayurveda, introduction in Ayurveda (doshas and agni), nourishment principles
- Yoga philosophy and story
- Medical bases, anatomy, physiology, pathology with regard to the yoga practices
- Instruction formation, construction of a yoga hour
- Psychology, even perception and strange perception
Test/certificate
After two-year education time and existed final exam, a Prema yoga teacher certificate is issued.

Cost
The course fee amounts to CHF 3200.-*pro education year.
The costs for, books, insurances, arrival, lodging and provisions are not included.
*There is the possibility to pay the course fee in installments.

After submitting of the application form (see below), a confirmation with deposit slip is sent. In deposit of the course fee, the traineeship definitively is reserved.

These Infoabende grant a deeper insight into the education course and should be a support in the decision for the education to that/to the yoga teacher.
